Here's what I would recommend working through as a beginner, in this order...
1. The Beginner Ukulele Course
This takes you right from the beginning, is incredibly thorough and should give you a solid foundation
on your instrument.
Here you get to learn some strumming, some fingerstyle and a little bit of theory to get you off the ground.
You may start to find out who you are as a player and which techniques you prefer.

2. Fingerstyle First Days
This simple PDF ukulele book includes 10 fingerstyle pieces written especially for beginners, gradually increasing in difficulty throughout pieces one to ten.
You can work through it at your own pace and these pieces are written to sound pretty but also help you improve
your technique.
Pick a couple of favourites in order to help you develop your style and preference for playing.

3. Deep dive courses
These courses consist of 5 pre recorded one hour sessions and are deep dives into the respective topics.
If you want to tackle all three, I would recommend becoming a 4stringfriend ULTRA or LIFETIME member as this membership gives you access to many many lessons, as well as all these courses.
Otherwise you can pick whichever one takes your fancy. You might much prefer strumming to fingerstyle,
or vice versa.
Your goal may be to become a great all rounder or you may want to choose a specialist technique.
If I was to recommend a single course then it would be the Fundamental Chord Theory as this opens up the whole world of music and really expands your knowledge and how you can play your uke.
